In response to the production needs of precision connectors, the customer sought to further increase the level of production automation, achieve automatic linkage of multiple production processes, and meet product requirements for machining accuracy, productivity, and quality inspection.

Solution

Mijoint engineered an automated solution covering product alignment, mold insertion, unloading, precision trimming, and inspection, achieving automatic linkage of multiple production stages.

Product positioning and insertion are completed by automated equipment, combined with vision and laser inspection systems to inspect product dimensions and cosmetic defects, while maintaining full data traceability.

Achieved production workflow automation: Product alignment, insertion, unloading, trimming, and inspection stages are automatically linked.

Improved productivity: Daily output was increased from 20,000 to 50,000 pcs, an improvement of 150%.
